This policy is operated by Matteen Labs LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company with its principal place of business at 2110 N Ocean Blvd, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33305.
This Fulfillment Policy is incorporated by reference into the Website Terms of Use. In the event of any conflict between this Fulfillment Policy and any specific purchase agreement or promotional offer, the terms disclosed at checkout for that specific purchase control.
Digital Products Only
HumanCharts.com sells exclusively digital products and educational content. We do not sell physical products through humancharts.com. Consequently, this Fulfillment Policy does not include provisions for physical shipping, delivery, returns of tangible goods, or customs charges.
Digital products and services available on humancharts.com may include:
- Personalized chart reports — computed from the birth data you provide, covering Human Design, Astrology, Numerology, Chinese Zodiac, and related educational content.
- Downloadable content — PDF reports, guides, and other digital materials.
- Subscription services — recurring access to premium chart features, updates, or content, if and when offered.
- Access to MATTEEN.ai chart interpretations — if and when offered as a paid product on humancharts.com.
Birth Data & Chart Accuracy
The accuracy of every chart report generated on humancharts.com depends entirely on the accuracy of the birth data (date, exact time, and place of birth) that you provide. Approximate or incorrect birth times can produce materially different chart outputs. Please verify your birth data before purchasing. Chart reports generated from inaccurate birth data are not eligible for refunds, though we may — at our discretion — regenerate a chart with corrected data.
Your birth data is treated as Sensitive Personal Information under our Privacy Policy. Matteen Labs will never sell your birth data to any third party for any purpose. See the Privacy Policy for full details on how your birth data is protected.
Payments
All purchases are processed by Stripe, our third-party payment processor. Payment is accepted by valid credit card only.
All charges from humancharts.com will appear on your credit card statement as “MATTEEN LABS” — this is the legal name of the entity operating humancharts.com and matteen.com. Please retain this information to help you identify legitimate charges and to avoid initiating chargebacks in error. If you don't recognize a “MATTEEN LABS” charge on your statement, it is almost certainly a HumanCharts.com or Matteen.com purchase — please contact us via our contact form before initiating a chargeback.
By providing your payment details at checkout, you authorize Matteen Labs and Stripe to charge your payment method for the amount displayed, together with any applicable taxes and fees.
3.1 One-Time Purchases
Chart reports and downloadable content are one-time purchases. Your payment method will be charged the full amount at checkout, and access to your purchase will be provided as described in Section 4.
3.2 Subscriptions (if applicable)
If you enroll in a recurring subscription service on humancharts.com (such as monthly premium chart access), your payment method will be automatically charged on a recurring basis at the interval disclosed at checkout. You may cancel a subscription at any time in accordance with the specific terms disclosed at the time of purchase. Cancellation ends future charges; it does not entitle you to a refund of amounts already charged.
3.3 Taxes
All fees are exclusive of any sales, use, VAT, or similar taxes, which are your responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Delivery of Digital Products
4.1 Instant Delivery
Most chart reports and downloadable products are generated and delivered instantly upon successful payment. You will typically be able to view or download your product immediately after checkout, and you will receive an email confirmation with access instructions and a copy of your receipt within a few minutes.
4.2 Delivery Method
Digital products are delivered by one or more of the following methods, depending on the product purchased:
- Direct on-screen display of your chart or report immediately after checkout;
- Email delivery of a download link, access credentials, or the product itself;
- Access via a user account on humancharts.com, if applicable to the product;
- Access to MATTEEN.ai chart interpretations, if included with the product.
4.3 Delivery Timing
Standard delivery of digital products is instant to within a few minutes. In rare cases, complex reports may take up to 24 hours to generate. If you do not receive your product within 24 hours of purchase, please contact us via our contact form (select “Refund or Order Issue”).
4.4 Access to Purchased Products
Once delivered, digital products are yours to access, view, and download for your personal, non-commercial use only, as further described in the Website Terms of Use. Access may be provided as a one-time download, ongoing access through your user account, or a limited-time link, depending on the product.
Refunds, Cancellations & Chargebacks
5.1 Refund Window for Chart Reports
You may request a full refund on any single chart report purchase within seven (7) days of purchase, provided that: (a) you have not downloaded, printed, or otherwise saved the report offline; (b) you have not extensively viewed or used the report; and (c) the refund request is submitted in good faith. This is a customer-friendly policy — we want you to be satisfied with what you receive. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.
5.2 Non-Refundable Purchases
The following purchases are non-refundable once delivered:
- Downloadable products that you have downloaded, printed, or saved offline;
- Bundled or discounted purchases where the discount was applied specifically because the purchase was final;
- Subscription payments already charged (although you may cancel future charges);
- Any product where the checkout page specifically stated the purchase is final.
5.3 Reports Based on Inaccurate Birth Data
If you discover that you provided inaccurate birth data (such as an incorrect birth time), we may — at our sole discretion — regenerate your report using corrected birth data at no additional charge. This is a courtesy, not an entitlement. Reports based on birth data you provided are not eligible for cash refunds solely because the data was incorrect.
5.4 Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel any subscription service at any time via your account settings (if available) or via our contact form (select “Refund or Order Issue”). Cancellation ends future recurring charges effective at the end of the current billing period. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund of amounts already charged for the current or any prior billing period.
5.5 Discretionary Refunds
Matteen Labs may, at its sole discretion, offer refunds or credits in exceptional circumstances (such as a technical failure that prevented you from accessing what you purchased). Any such discretionary refund does not create a precedent or entitlement for future refunds.
5.6 Chargebacks
You agree not to initiate a credit card chargeback for any properly billed charge. If you don't recognize the “MATTEEN LABS” descriptor on your statement, or if you have any concern about a charge, please contact us first via our contact form (select “Chargeback Inquiry”). Initiating a chargeback in breach of this Section constitutes a material breach and entitles Matteen Labs to recover the disputed amount, all chargeback fees, and reasonable attorneys' fees, in addition to any other permitted recourse.
5.7 Failed Payments
Any failed, declined, or reversed payment shall constitute a payment default. In such event, access to the affected product or subscription may be suspended or revoked until the outstanding amount is paid. The outstanding amount may accrue a late fee of $50.00, together with interest at 1.5% per month (or the maximum rate permitted by applicable law, whichever is lower).

Currency, Pricing & Promotions
All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise indicated. International purchasers are responsible for any applicable exchange rates, foreign transaction fees, or currency conversion costs imposed by their card issuer or bank.
Promotional pricing, discounts, and time-limited offers include specific terms and conditions visible at checkout or in related promotional materials. Promotional pricing does not modify the Website Terms of Use or this Fulfillment Policy unless expressly stated.
Modifications to This Policy
Matteen Labs reserves the right to modify this Fulfillment Policy at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting to humancharts.com. Your continued use of humancharts.com or any subsequent purchase after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the modified Fulfillment Policy.
For purchases already made before a modification, the Fulfillment Policy in effect at the time of purchase continues to apply to that purchase.
